Ensemble alto with Border CrosSing for a program exploring religious faith in the Americas throughout history, seen through the lens of sacred choral music from different periods. Highlights of this program include Border CrosSing’s unique interpretation of Misa Criolla by Ariel Ramirez and selections from jazz composer and pianist Mary Lou Williams’ rarely performed choral masterwork, Black Christ of the Andes.
